  Sauteed Apple over Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 T butter
1 1/2 cups sliced & peeled Fuji apples
1 T sugar
3 T brandy
1/4 teas fresh lemon juice (I use bottled)
1/8 teas (scant) ginger

Ice Cream
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add apple, cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.

2. Add sugar, brandy, juice & ginger, cook over medium-low heat 2 minutes or until apple is tender, stirring occasionally. Serve warm over ice cream.

2 servings (about 1/2 cup apple & 1/2 cup ice cream.

This is delicious & easy.
