Ingredients:
6 slices bacon
1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese
2 T finely diced onion
3/4 cup chopped almonds
1 cup mayo
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste
1 loaf thinly sliced bread
Instructions:
Cook bacon crisp & crumble.

Grate cheese into medium-sized bowl. Add bacon, onion, almonds, mayo, Worchester sauce, & salt & pepper. Mix well.

Trim bread crusts & spread mixture on each slice. Cut into 4 strips & place on cookie sheet. Freeze for 1 hour. (May store in plastic bag to use when desired.)

When ready to serve, place on cookie sheet & bake in 400 oven for 10 minutes. May serve hot or at room temperature.

These become stale if baked too soon.

Makes 75 or more.
