  Savory Beef & Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients:
1pound well-trimmed deli roast beef, thinly sliced
2 pkgs (6 ounces) garden vegetable flavored soft, spreadable creamed cheese
4 10-inch flour tortillas.
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
8 leaves green leaf lettuce
carrot curls for garnish
Instructions:
Spread soft cream cheese evenly over one side of each tortilla; top with 1/4 cup shredded carrots & 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese. Layer lettuce & beef over cheese, leaving 1/2-inch border.

Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap & refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

To serve, cut each roll diagonally in half. Serve on large platter with carrot curls for garnish, if desired.

May be prepared ahead of time; wrap & refrigerate up to 8 hours.
