Ingredients:
2 lbs meatballs
2 c ketchup
3/4 c bourbon
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 T onion, chopped
1/4 c water
Instructions:
Mix ketchup, bourbon, brown sugar, onion & water. Add meatballs. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, stirring 3 or 4 times. Serve with toothpicks as a heavy appetizer.
