  Oil Free Muffins
   Bob's Red Mill

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill oat bran cereal
1 T baking powder
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup dried apples, diced
1 1/4 cup fat free milk
2 large egg whites
2 T light corn syrup
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425. Lightly grease muffin pan. (I used butter.)

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix milk, egg whites, & corn syrup & blend with dry ingredients.

Fill tins evenly & bake 13 (to 15) minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

12 muffins.
