Ingredients:
1 cup butter, divided
1 1/2 cups finely chopped onion
1 1/2 pounds fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 1/2 pounds tenderloin, cut into small pieces
1 cup flour
3 cups beef bouillon
salt to taste
6 T tomato paste
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup heave cream
Instructions:
In a large saucepan, saute onions in 1/3 cup butter until lightly browned. Remove & set aside. In same saucepan, saute mushrooms in another 1/3 cup butter. Remove & set aside.

Dredge beef in flour & brown in remaining butter. Add bouillon, salt & onions. Cover & simmer 1 1/2 hours or until beef is tender.

Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, heavy cream & mushrooms. Heat thoroughly.

Serve over hot rice or noodles.

Serves 10-12
