Ingredients:
4 T butter
1 1/2 cups half & half
1/2 tsp nutmeg
pkg of frozen ravioli, cooked & drained
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions:
In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter with half & half & the nutmeg. Stir in cooked ravioli; quickly bring to a boil. Let boil for 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat. Beat egg yolk lightly & blend a little of the hot ravioli mixture with egg yolk. Stir egg yolk-ravioli mixture & the parmesan cheese back into the hot ravioli. Blend well & serve at once.

Serves 4.
