  Grilled Asian Salmon Fillets

Ingredients:
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 T Hy Vee pineapple juice
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup diced green onion
4 (4 oz each) salmon fillets
fresh pineapple slices, grilled optional
Instructions:
1. Place soy sauce, pineapple, ginger, green onion & salmon in a zip-top plastic bag. Seal & refrigerate at least 30 minutes & up to 4 hours.

2. Remove salmon from plastic bag & discard marinade.

3. Grill salmon over medium-high heat approximately 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

4. Serve on grilled pineapple slices if desired.

Serves 4.
