  Spinach Quiche

Ingredients:
1 10 ounce thawed spinach, squeezed dry
1 small carton small curd cottage cheese, 4%
3 eggs
1 cup plus Cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
3 T flour
1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients well.
Bake 1 hour & 15 minutes @ 350.

May be baked & frozen.
