Ingredients:
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups grated carrot
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/3 cup mayo
1 T lemon juice
14 tsp salt
salad greens
Instructions:
Combine raisins, carrot & drained pineapple. Blend in mayo, lemon juice & salt. Serve on crisp salad greens.

Serve 6-8.
