Ingredients:
Crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup mayo
1-3 ounce pkg cream cheese, softened
dash salt

Filling:
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup grated Swiss or cheddar
4 strips crumbled cooked bacon
11 small onion, grated
Instructions:
Prehear oven to 350.

Crust:
Cream together until it forms a ball. Pinch off 24 small balls. Put in small muffin tins & form crust. Chill 15 minutes. Do not grease muffin tins.

Add filling & bake for 30 minutes.

This freezes well.
