  Iceberg Wedges w/ Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients:
Small head iceberg lettuce, rinsed, drained, cut into 8 wedges.
24 cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
3 T reduced-fat mayo
2 T white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
2 T crumbled blue cheese
Instructions:
Arrange 2 lettuce wedges on each of 4 plates; top each with 6 quartered tomatoes.
Combine buttermilk, mayo, vinegar & salt, stirring well with a whisk. Stir in blue cheese; drizzle dressing wvenly over each salad.

Serves 4.
