  Creamy Mushroom Cups

Ingredients:
2 T. Butter
4 oz. mushrooms, coarsely chopped
1/4 t. salt
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 Cup Whipping Cream
2 T. Dry Sherry
15 Frozen Phyllo shells
1/4 Cup chopped parsley
Instructions:
Method : 1. Melt butter, add mushrooms, salt. Cook 3 minutes Add Garlic, cook and stir 30 seconds.

2. Add Sherry. Stir in Cream Cook 1 1/2 minutes.

3. Fill each phyllo shell that has been baked in a 350 degree oven for 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with parsley.
