Ingredients:
1 whole head garlic
1 T olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Using a sharp knife, trim the roots from the garlic head & cut off the top of the bulb, exposing the individual garlic cloves. Place the bulb root side down in a shallow baking pan. Drizzle with the olive oil, season lightly with salt & pepper, & cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in the oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until the garlic softens.
