Ingredients:
4 ripe Haas avocados
3 T freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
8 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup small-diced red onion (1 small onion)
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
1 medium tomato, seeded & small-diced
Instructions:
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, & scoop flesh into large bowl.
2. Immediately, add the lemon juice, Tabasco, onin, garlic, salt, & pepper & toss well.
3. Using a sharp knife, slice through the avocaos until they are finely diced.
4. Add tomatoes & mix well & taste for salt & pepper.

Use Haas avocados, the earthy brown ones.
Add Cilantro if you like it.
Serve with corn chips.
Makes 3 cups.
