  Stuffed Pork Loin Chops

Ingredients:
2 pork loin chops
zuchinni
fuji apples
black pepper
white wine
chicken broth
garlic, minced
parmesan cheese
olive oil
Instructions:
Trim all fat from chops & cut pocket in each.

Put some olive oil in skillet & cook zucchini & chopped apples about 5 minutes. Add garlic & cook 1 minute more. Remove from heat & stir in parmesan cheese. Remove from pan.

Stuff chops with zucchini & apple mixture. Secure with toothpicks.

Brown chops on both sides in olive oil. Add about a half cup of white wine -- carefully as it will splatter. Add some chicken broth.

Put chops in oven & bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until temperature is at least 170 degrees.

Plate each chop & toss a little parmesan on each chop. Add some sliced apples to each plate.

Stir white wine into skillet & stir the browned bits into a gravy. Add some grey poupon & stir well.

Pour gravy on plate under &/or over each chop or pass.
