  Royal Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients:
4 cups fresh rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch-pieces
3/4 cup sugar
2 T quick cooking tapioca or corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350

Combine first 5 ingredients & place in ungreased 8-inch square pan.

Mix the remaining ingredients well & put over rhubarb mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
