Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
3 cups diced Granny Smith apples
1 cup walnuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325.

Mix together vegetable oil, eggs, sugar & vanilla.

Sift together flour, cinnamon & salt.

Combine all ingredients & add apples & walnuts.

Put into greased bundt pan & bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before turning out.

Tried this twice & couldn't get it out of the pan. Will try it with a regular pan.
