Ingredients:
1 can V-8 tomato juice (or a little more)
1 medium chopped onion
1 - 2 tsp sugar
carrots
potatoes
2 T beef bouillon (use "Better Than Bouillon")
add frozen peas during last hour of cooking
1 pound stew meat (more)
2 - 3 T quick cooking minute tapioca, sprinkled on top
Instructions:
Put all in casserole covered dish (dutch oven) & bake 5 hours @ 275-300.
Stir once or twice.
If stirring halfway through & needs to be thicker, add more tapiocaa.
Use whatever veggies you want.
