  Honey Mustard Slaw

Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
2 T honey
1-2 T Dijon
3 cups coarsely shredded cabbage (about 1/2 a medium head
2 cups coarsely shredded romaine
1 small jicama, peeled & shredded (2 cups) optional
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup toasted, broken pecans
Instructions:
For Dressing:
In small bowl, stir together mayo, sour cream, honey & mustard. Cover & chill.

In large salad bowl, combine greens; cover & chill.

Add dressing to greens; toss to coat. Sprinkle with pecans.

Serves 6. Triple or quadruple for a crowd.
