Ingredients:
2 cans artichoke hearts, lightly rinsed, drained & sectioned
2 cans hearts of palms, drained & sectioned
3 tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
3 1/4 oz can black olives, drained & halved
1 purple onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup low-fat low-sodium chicken broth
salt
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/3 cup sugar
2 T sweet basil
1/2 tsp black pepper
red leaf lettuce

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except lettuce, & marinate in an air-tight container for 24-48 hours. Stir a couple times a day. This gets better the longer it marinates -- up to 3-4 days before serving.

Drain & serve on a bed of red leaf lettuce.

I have not tried this salad.
