  One Bowl Apple Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:
Cake:
1 16 ounce can apple pie filling
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 3 ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup butter, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
For Cake:
Preheat oven to 350.
Butter a 9x13x2 inch baking dish.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl & blend well.
Turn into prepared dish & bake until cake tests done, about 1 hour.
Cool.

For Frosting:
Combine remaining ingredients & mix to spreading consistency.
Frost cake.

Serves 24
