Ingredients:
1 Cup Shredded Cheese (I used Cheddar)
1 Cup onions chopped, ( I used a white onion and also some green onions)
1 Cup mayo
1 Cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
Method: Mix and shape on a dish, pour over a Hot Salsa,( I used Robert Rothchild's Firey Raspberry Salsa)

Garnish: Minced Green Onions or Pecans, or both. Serve with a Favorite cracker.

Very Simple, but tasty.
