Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
2 T Cider vinegar
3/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 pounds green cabbage, quartered, cored & thinly sliced (8 cups)
3 medium carrots, shredded
Instructions:
Whisk together mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Then, toss with the cabbage & carrots. Let stand, uncovered, at room temperature, tossing occasionally, until wilted, about 30 minutes.

Serve at room temperature or chilled.
May be made 1 day ahead & chilled, covered.

Serves 8.
