Ingredients:
2-4 chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 inch
olive oil
unsalted butter
mayo
dill pickles
buns
Instructions:
Heat oil & butter in skillet & add chicken. Brown on both sides, turning once, about 5 minutes or so.

Deglaze pan with some white wine & cook until it evaporates.

Prepare buns with mayo & pickles & add chicken to each.
