Ingredients:
4 cups chopped apples
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup raisins
3/4 cup nuts
2 T cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all together & bake in tube pan (or bundt pan) for 1 hour & 10 minutes at 350 or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
