Ingredients:
2 T butter
4 ounces (1 cup) uncooked ham, diced
6 eggs
salt & pepper
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Gruyere
1 tsp chopped fresh chives
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325. Melt 1 T butter in an 8-inch omelet pan over low heat. Add ham & cook until completely done.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs with salt & pepper until just mixed. Stir in cheese & chives. Add remaining butter to pan. Whe melted, pour egg mixture over ham & cook 1 minute. Transfer to oven & bake 10 minutes. Do not fold this omelet. Garnish with chives, if desired.

Serves 2.
