Ingredients:
5-6 oz smoked salmon
4 oz cream cheese
4 oz sour cream or plain yogurt
1 tsp dillweed
1/2 cucumber peeled & diced
1/4 small red onion, diced
2 T lemon juice
dash of white pepper
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients & chill & serve with crackers.
