Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 T each soy sauce & ketchup
1 T Dijon
2 tsp grated oranage zest
2 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp each curry powder & ground coriander
1 tsp Worchestershire
Instructions:
Place pork in a zip lock bag. Whisk together all the remaining ingredients & pour over pork. Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour.

Transfer pork & marinade to a roasting pan & cook, uncovered, for about 40 min at 350. Let rest a few minutes before slicing. Drizzle with leftover sauce in pan.

May use chicken breasts. This can marinate for 24 hours.
