Ingredients:
2 cups Quaker Old Fashion Oats
1 cup slivered or sliced almonds or broken pecans
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 to 1 cup flaked coconut
sprinkle of cinnamon
sprinkle of salt
1 cup raisins or mixed dried fruit
Instructions:
Mix together oats & nuts in large baking pan. In a small bowl, stir together melted butter & honey. Pour over oats & mix well. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon & salt. Stir.

Bake at 350 until golden brown, stirring regularly (every 5 minutes for 20 to 25 minutes). Then add coconut & bake until medium brown, about another 4-5 minutes. Remove from the oven & add raisins. Stir frequently while cooling.
