Ingredients:
1/2 small onion, cut up
6 sprigs parsley, stems removed
1 large dill or sweet pickle, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 hard boiled egg, quartered
1 cup homemade mayonnaise

Homemade Mayo:
2 egg yolks
2 T vinegar
2 T lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp paprika
dash cayenne
2 cups salad oil
Instructions:
Place steel blade in work bowl; add first 4 ingredients. Process with on/off turns until chopped. Remove to bowl; stir in mayonnaise. Cover & chill. Serve with fish.

Makes 2 cups.

Mayo:
Place steel blade in work bowl; add first 7 ingredients. Process just until blended. With machine running, quickly add oil through feed tube in a steady stream. Process until desired consistency. Transfer to covered container; chill & use within 1 month.

Makes 2 cups.
