Ingredients:
3 pounds new potatoes
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup grated parmesan
fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:

Place peeled potatoes in 9 x 13 baking dish.

Toss with melted butter & sprinkle with parmesan.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 min, tossing every 15 minutes.

Toss with fresh parsley & serve.

Serves 10-12.
