Ingredients:
Sauce: 1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup EVOO
1/3 cup minced shallots
3 T of your favorite mustard
2 T lemon juice
2 T chopped fresh basil

Vegetables: sliced eggplant
fresh corn on the cob cut crosswise several times
wedges of red onion
strips of seeded red, yellow & green bell pepper
chunks of zucchini
yellow squash & carrots
asparagus spears
Instructions:
Sauce: Cook ingredients in a sauce pan over med heat, stirring to blend. This can be made ahead & warmed on the grill before brushing on vegetables.

Directions for grilled vegetables:
1. Brush the vegs with sauce & then toss them in a grill basket until they reach the tenderness you prefer. Toss occasionally to cook evenly.
