Ingredients:
1 8-ounce pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 can (6 1/2 ounce) crabmeat, drained & patted dry with paper towels
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 cup catsup
2 heaping tsps creamy horseradish
parsley or watercress sprigs for garnish
crackers
Instructions:
Using hands, combine cream cheese, crab & soy sauce, forming mixture into a ball. Cover & refrigerate.

Just before serving, mix catsup & horseradish. Line plate with parsley & place ball in center. Pour sauce over & surround with crackers.
