Ingredients:
2 T Olive Oil
Shrimp, thawed, peeled & deveined ( recipe calls for 1 1/2 pound 21/25)
1/4 tsp salt
14 tsp pepper
1/8 t tsp sugar
Instructions:
Heat 1 T oil in non-stick pan until it smokes.
Toss shrimp with salt, pepper & sugar in medium bowl.
Add half of shrimp to pan in single layer & cook until spotty brown & edges turn pink.
Remove from pan with tongs & repeat with rest of shrimp.

Cover skillet & let stand if shrimp are not cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes.
