Ingredients:
2 pkg frozen broccoli
4 whole chicken breasts (use boneless & skinless)
celery greens
2 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayo
2 T lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1 cup shredded sharp cheese
bread crumbs
butter pats
Instructions:
Grease casserole dish. Cook chicken 40-5- minutes in water & celery greens. Cook broccoli & place in dish. Lay chicken on top. Combine soup, mayo, lemon juice & curry. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese & bread crumbs on top. Dot with butter pats. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 min.
