Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayo
3 T ketchup
2 T sweet pickle relish
1 T horseradish (optional)
4 tsps prepared mustard
8 slices rye bread
1 lb thinly sliced, lean, deli corned beef
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 can (8 ou) rinced & well drained, sauerkraut
2 T butter
Instructions:
1) In a small bowl, combine the mayo, ketchup, & pickle relish. Set aside. Spread mustard on one side of four slices of bread, then layer with the corned beef, cheese, & sauerkraut. Spread mayo mixture on remaining slice of bread.

2) In a large skillet, melt butter over med heat. Add sandwiches; cover & cook on both sides until bread is lightly toasted & cheese is melted.

Serves 4.

I don't use horseradish.
