Ingredients:
2 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
grated cheese
green onion, chopped
tomato, chopped
avocado, sliced
taco sauce
2 eggs
tortilla
Instructions:
Place bacon, cheese, onion, tomatoes & avocado in individual bowls. In a pie pan or large flat-rimmed dish, scramble eggs. Coat a wide frying pan with non-stick spray & heat over medium burner. Dip tortilla in egg mixture & fry until golden brown on each side. Stuff each cooked tortilla with condiments & serve hot.

Serves 1.
