Ingredients:
9 eggs
2 cups creamed cottage cheese
8 oz swiss cheese, grated
8 oz feta cheese, grated
4 T butter, softened
2 10-ounce pkgs frozen, chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions:
Preheaat oven to 350.

Beat eggs & add cheese & butter. Mix well. Stir in spinach & nutmeg. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until knife in center comes out clean.

Serves 8.
