  Oriental Chicken Appetizer

Ingredients:
1 whole skinned & boned chicken breast
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
lettuce
Oriental Sauce

Sauce:
2 T soy sauce
1 T sesame oil
1 T honey
1 T dry sherry
1 tsp freshly grated ginger or 1/4 tsp dry
2 green onion tops, finely chopped
1 T toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
Poach chicken in broth 20 minutes. Let cool in the liquid. Remove & chill, covered, overnight.

Slice into 1-by-2-inch strips & place on a bed of lettuce.

Mix all sauce ingredients togrther & pour over chicken.

Serves 4 to 6.
