Ingredients:
1/3 cup bottled hoisin sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 T sherry
2 T ketchup
1 T brown sugar
1/2 tsp five-spice powder
Instructions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.

Makes about 1 cup. (Serving size: 1 T)

Hoisin is a blend of soybeans, garlic, chili peppers & spices.
Five-spice powder is a pungent mixture of ground cinnamon, cloves, fennel, star anise, & peppercorns.
