Ingredients:
Cream cheese, softened
1/2 pkg dry Italian dressing mix
3-4 T mayo
1 loaf cocktail rye bread
unpeeled cucumbers
dill weed
Instructions:
Mix the cream cheese, Italian dressing & mayo, adding enough mayo for spreading consistency. Spread on the rye bread. Slice the cucumbers very thin & place a slice on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle dill weed on top. refrigerate for several hours.
