Ingredients:
8 sugar lumps (1/2 inch square)
3 cups strong, hot coffee
6 ounces (3/4 cup) Irish Whiskey
Slightly whipped cream
Instructions:
1. Rinse 4 heatproof 8-ounce footed glasses or mugs with hot water & drain quicky.

2. Place 2 lumps sugar in each glass. Add 3/4 cup steaming hot coffee & 1 1/2 ounces (3 T) Irish Whiskey to each. Stir well to dissolve sugar.

3. Top each with a dollop of cream & serve at once.

Serves 4.
