Ingredients:
20 slices thin bread, rolled flat
2 oz crumbled blue cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 lb butter, melted
asparagus
Instructions:
Remove crust from bread. Use waxed paper to roll bread thin.

Cook asparagus.

Blend cream cheese, blue cheese & egg. Spread bread with cheese. Put one asparagus spear on each slice. Roll up & dip in melted butter. Freeze & take out when needed. Bake in 400 degree oven about 30 minutes & cut each into 2-3 pieces.
