Ingredients:
1.5 pounds ground sirloin
salt
pepper
3 to 4 Tablespoons butter
hamburger buns
Condiments of your choice
cheese, green olives, pickles, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, catsup
Instructions:
Salt & pepper the burgers.
Melt the butter in skillet big enough to hold them without crowding.
Sear both sides until they are deep brown.
Cover pan & let patties cook, turning over frequently, about 8 minutes for large burgers.
Finish by cooking about 1 1/2 minutes in the microwave.
