Ingredients:
1 cup butter, melted
2 cans corn, drained
2 cans creamed corn
2 pkg Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 small jar of pimentos
Instructions:
Mix melted butter with corn in large bowl. Add corn bread mix with sour cream & pimentos. Mix in some of the cheese. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top.

Bake in greased 9 x 11 baking pan in 350 degree oven. Let cool down. Cut rounds with cookie cutter.

Can be halved.
