  Parmesan Baked Eggs

Ingredients:
3 T butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
salt, ground nutmeg, & pepper
chopped Italian (flat leaf) parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. Using about 1/2 the butter, grease 4 shallow individual baking dishes about 5 inches in diameter. Coat each with 1 T of the cheese.

2. Break an egg into each dish. Sprinkly lightly with salt, nutmeg, & pepper. Dot with remaining butter.

3. Bake, uncovered, until eggs are set to your liking (12 to 15 min). Sprinkle with Italian parsley before serving.
