Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes, seeded & diced
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
2 T fresh lime juice
1-2 jalapeno chilies, seeded & minced
1 large avocado, diced
salt
Instructions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in medium bowl. Season with salt to taste.

Can be prepared 2 hours ahead. Cover & refrigerate. Add avocado just before serving.

Makes about 4 cups.
