  Cream Cheese-Swirled Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
12 ou cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 T flour
1 15-ou can pumpkin
3 large eggs
1 T pumpkin pie spice
1 frozen deep-dish pie crust, unthawed
1 T skim milk
Instructions:
1. Beat cream cheese, sugar & flour together on low speed until smooth; reserve 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture for later use.
2. Add pumpkin, eggs & pumpkin pie spice to cream cheese mixture; beat on med speed until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally. Pour into frozen deep-dish pie crust.
3. In a small bowl, stir milk into reserved cream cheese mixture. Microwave on high for 20-30 sec or until slightly softened & creamy. Spoon over pie filling & swirl in S-shape curves with a knife.
4. Bake at 375 for 60 to 65 min or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely. Refrigerate before serving.

Serves 8.
