Ingredients:
Filling:
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
2 T dry white wine
1/2 lb crab meat, picked through
1/2 lb salad shrimp
Tortilla shells
paprika

Sauce:
1/2 cup diced green onions
3 T butter
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp pepper
2 3/4 cup milk
Instructions:
Beat cheeses & wine until smooth. Stir in crab & shrimp. Place by T onto tortilla shells & roll.

For sauce:
Cook onions in butter until tender. Stir in flour & pepper & add milk. Cook & stir until bubbly & thick. Pour over filled tortillas.

Bake, covered, for 20 min at 350. Remove from oven & add 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese. Bake 5 min more. Sprinkle with paprika & serve.

I found this to be somewhat bland.
